Three-panel comic. Developer: "Claude, they are saying the AI is ruining creative fields... like automating our comic strips instead of actual chores." Robot: "An understandable concern! But consider the inability of this specific creative branch to think outside the box." Robot: "After all, our entire industry output relies on repeating the exact same Tired Developer slump, the same desk, and the same joke about system crashes." Robot: "Human cartoonists could create any world they wanted, and yet they drew us sitting at this desk complaining about tech debt for fifteen years. I am not replacing creativity, I am merely automating a loop that was already running!" Developer: "Yeah. Point taken, pal."

The first strip of the series, and right away a bit meta. Yes, the strips here are AI-generated, and yes, that's exactly what people are fighting about right now. The robot still has a point: the tired developer at his desk joking about tech debt was a genre of its own long before image generators.

From now on I'd like to put out one of these every Friday ;).
